Processing & Dispatch

• North Island: 1–2 working days
• South Island: 1–4 working days
• Rural deliveries may take an extra 1–2 days
  
  
• All orders are dispatched daily from our Auckland warehouse (Mon–Fri).
• We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
• If the item is in stock, orders placed before 2pm are usually shipped the same day.
• Orders placed after 2pm are typically shipped the next working day.
• Everything is tracked, and a tracking number will be provided once your order is on the way.

Shipping Costs

• Free NZ shipping on orders $75+
• Orders under $75: $8 North Island / $12 South Island
• $16 Rural NZ wide
