How to Return
Email us at info@carepoint.co.nz with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
Change of Mind
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products.
- Unopened products may be returned if contacted within 14 days of delivery. We are not liable for postage costs back to us.
- Please contact us before sending anything back.
Faulty or Damaged Items
- If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo showing the issue, and we’ll endeavor sort it promptly.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges
- Exchanges are also an option but require a case by case basis communication discussed with us at info@CarePoint.co.nz
